New student information form & Waivers
CURRENT SCHEDULE
MEMBERSHIPS & PRICING
All of our students are invited to become a member under one of the following tiers. Memberships are not required; students may instead chose to pay the drop-in rate of $25 per class by Venmo, Zelle, or credit/debit card in class.
MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Memberships do not cover: workshops with 3rd party instructors, private lessons, and competition entry fees.
A family discount of 10% for each family member will be applied to each membership when 2 or more family members register.
Memberships may be paused or terminated at any time by emailing jflynnirishdanceacademy@gmail.com
OTHER FEES:
Private Lessons: $50/hour
Drop-In: $25/class
Workshops: Varies depending on the length of the workshop and costs related to hosting a third-party instructor.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SIGNING UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP:
When the page at the link above loads, select the membership level you wish to purchase. Under “Select an Option”, please select “Regular” unless you are signing up for you and a family member, in which case you would select “Family Discount.”
Next you will have “Purchase Options” to make a one-time purchase or monthly subscription. Please select “monthly subscription”. Then click “Join/Renew” to complete your payment.
OFFICIAL JFIDA COMMUNICATIONS
JFIDA uses Google Groups to transmit school-wide communications to our students. Ms. Jackie tries her best to keep the membership list up to date, but feel free to email her to confirm that your email address is on the list and let her know if you wish to use a specific email address or add other family members or caregivers to the list.
While the JFIDA Google Group is the official communication channel, many of our students have created groups on WhatsApp for their own related-but-less-official communications. The WhatsApp groups should not be used as a primary source of information about the school and one should never assume that the teachers will see and respond to a WhatsApp message in a timely manner. These groups are primarily intended for socializing and supporting each other. While they are not official channels, we do recommend joining or starting your own WhatsApp group to communicate with teammates, classmates, and other parents especially leading up to and throughout a competition.
ADDITIONAL IRISH DANCE AND TRAINING RESOURCES
We have created and curated a number of documents to help guide our dancers and their families through their Irish Dance journey. You will find that most of your questions are answered in one of these documents. We recommend bookmarking the link as we regularly update the contents and information therein. Feel free to reach out to our teachers with any specific questions after reviewing these documents.
